The historic Plaza Hotel in San Juan Bautistca, CA, had accumulated significant water damage to the exterior plaster. Moisture was also causing the adobe walls to fail, accelerating the deterioration of the structural integrity. Affected areas of both the exterior and adobe walls were restored through replacement and patching.
It's interesting to note that the first floor of the Plaza Hotel was built in 1792. It's located across the street from one of the original California Missions, San Juan Bautista.
