After years of neglect, the brick exterior of the historic Rivian Theater was in need of restoration. Kaptive C&P replaced any damaged brick and repointed areas where mortar was missing or crumbling due to moisture damage. We then finished with a white lime wash coating.
In addition, we repaired or replaced all exterior metal railings to meet current codes, while preserving their historic style.
This endeavor was part of a broader restoration project that earned it a spot in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
