The Catalina Lofts building at 443 S San Pedro required replacement of the wood window transoms for the ground floor storefront. Our Custom Millwork division custom manufactured and installed new units modeled after the originals. The wood frames were crafted from cedar with 3-inch framing, and tempered glass with 1/2-inch thick clear glazing, ensuring compliance with California building codes.
