1111 E Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92264
This historic neighborhood in Palm Springs, California has been effectively revitalized by the recent development project at Ocotillo Lodge. Under the direction of Kaptive C&P, the project concentrated on thorough restoration and structural upgrades for several of the lodge’s buildings.
Beam restorations, façade enhancements, and important structural renovations at entry decks were all included in the project’s scope. We repaired the existing façade next to Gate 11, updated all entry deck waterproofing and flashings with precision, and fitted structural components where needed. To preserve the mid-century modern look of the buildings while guaranteeing its safety and endurance, every component was meticulously designed and implemented.
The lodge has a long history and was formerly connected to well-known people like Jerry Buss and Gene Autry. In addition to preserving this legacy, our restoration work aims to make it easier for it to be listed as a historic property. We make sure that Ocotillo’s distinct charm keeps drawing both locals and tourists by embracing its architectural history.
Kaptive C&P is pleased to have finished this extensive restoration, which has improved Ocotillo Lodge’s aesthetic appeal and practicality. In addition to protecting the property’s unique heritage, this project gets the site ready for upcoming generations and occasions like Modernism Week. We think that Ocotillo Lodge’s mid-century modern architecture and sense of community will be enhanced by this rehabilitation.
