Graffiti Removal for Historic LA Shopping Center

Downtown Los Angeles,
California, USA

Kaptive C&P removed the graffiti from this historic shopping center at 612 Broadway, in Los Angeles, as part of an exterior restoration.  The building is a six-story department store from the 1930s, now used for retail and designer office space rentals. It had undergone extreme wear and tear over the years and was beginning to accumulate multiple instances of graffiti.

Leaving graffiti exposed for too long will not only attract repeat tags and other forms of vandalism, but it can also make you a target for burglars, who notice signs of neglect. In addition to the graffiti removal, Kaptive C&P restored the terra cotta and concrete facade. Four custom urns were also manufactured for the top of the building.
