Exterior Paint for The Lafayette HOA Building

Long Beach
California, USA

The Lafayette HOA building in Long Beach, CA, underwent repainting of the entire exterior, including the casement metal windows. Built by Reginald Campbell in 1928, this 14-story condominium complex is now a registered Long Beach Historic Landmark. The failing paint had exceeded its useful lifespan,  cracking and peeling from exposure to the ocean air. Kaptive PaintWorks did a white repaint for a fresh, updated look.

Restoration of the aged casement windows included sanding and stripping to remove loose and flaky paint, prior to repainting. We also stripped the existing paint and rust off of the access ladder to the roof, applying an anti-rust coat before repainting it.
