Kaptive Paintworks painted the exterior of this downtown LA commercial center as part of a larger exterior restoration project by Kaptive C&P. The side of the building overlooking the alley was repainted, and multiple instances of graffiti were removed from the facade.
612 S Broadway is a historic mid-rise department store from the 1930s, now used for retail and designer office space rentals.
