An LA Cultural Historic Monument, The Arcade Theater, built in 1910, was originally a vaudeville house in the Broadway Historic Theatre district. It was later converted to retail use in 1993. As part of a larger concrete restoration project, Kreative PaintWorks restored the exterior paint to match the original paint colors as closely as possible.
The theater is also in the National Register of Historic Places.
